Boarding

Cat BoardingPet Boarding for Cats
& Medical Boarding for Dogs

Whether traveling for business or pleasure, there's enough to do without worrying about who's taking care of your beloved cat or dog, especially when your pet has a chronic or acute medical condition that requires a caregiver with veterinary knowledge and experience. Community Animal Hospital provides two separate safe and comfortable boarding areas: one for cats and one for dogs who require special attention due to illness or age or post-operative care. We strongly recommend that diabetic dogs and cats be boarded at our animal hospital under veterinary supervision rather than at a boarding kennel.

Your pet's stay in our clean, temperature-controlled boarding area includes personal attention and supervision by our experienced staff and daily exercise in accordance with your pet’s needs. For your pet’s complete comfort, special toys, blankets and food are also welcome.

Reservations are required for all pet boarders.

Required Vaccinations for Boarding

We require all boarding dogs and cats to be current on the following vaccinations:

Dogs: DA2PP, Bordetella, Rabies
Cats: FVRCP, Rabies

Please vaccinate your dog or cat prior to the check-in date. If your pet has been vaccinated at another facility, we must have a copy of the current vaccination record in our file (preferably prior to check-in).
